★★★★★“We had a fantastic experience renting a boat from Miguel. Even though we took the boat out on our own, Miguel was incredibly attentive from the very beginning to the end of the rental process. He made sure everything was perfectly organized, explained all the details clearly, and ensured the boat was in pristine condition for us. His professionalism, communication, and genuine care for his clients' experience truly set him apart. The entire handover was smooth, secure, and completely stress-free. Thank you so much, Miguel, for your trust and for providing such top-notch service. We highly recommend renting from him for a perfect day on the water!”
★★★★★“Unfortunately, our experience with this boat rental company was extremely disappointing. The company markets itself as offering a luxury boat charter experience, but that was not our experience at all. We were a group of 9 and booked an 8-hour charter in Alicante well in advance. We were initially quoted a price and agreed to it, only to later be told by Miguel that we had been given the wrong off-season pricing and that the boat would cost more during high season. We ultimately met in the middle on the price and moved forward. I also paid a €675 deposit, with €1,425 remaining. When Miguel later confirmed the balance, he stated that I had only paid a €600 deposit. Thankfully, I caught the €75 discrepancy, but it made us question the company's organization and attention to detail. About a week before the charter, we were told the boat's advertised jacuzzi had been removed due to issues. We weren't particularly interested in using it, so we didn't make an issue of that. However, the biggest problem came **two days before our charter**, when Miguel told us that increased fuel costs meant our agreed-upon itinerary of three locations would now be reduced to just one. We understood that fuel prices fluctuate, but we had already agreed on the price and itinerary and paid our deposit. After a lengthy and frustrating conversation with Miguel on the day of the charter, we compromised and agreed to two locations instead of three. We were close to walking away at that point, but decided to proceed based on that agreement. Unfortunately, the compromise wasn't actually honored. We went to one location, and the second “location” was essentially just a stop on the way back toward the port. Our hotel was right near the port, so it was not a second destination in the way we had agreed. In reality, we received the same one-location itinerary Miguel had told us about two days before. The charter also started 30 minutes late because of the discussions over pricing and the itinerary, but we still returned at the original scheduled time of 7 PM. There was no attempt to make up that lost time. There were also several other disappointments: the two complimentary bottles of cava we were promised never appeared, there were only five random/mismatched towels for nine people (we hadn't been told towels were included, but Miguel presented them as a complimentary extra), the downstairs bedroom shown in the photos was not actually available to guests because the captain lives on the boat, and the boat itself felt considerably more worn than it appeared in the photos. We also paid €360 for catering, which was underwhelming for the price. Our issue is with Miguel and the way the booking and changes were handled. There was also no language barrier, my mom speaks Spanish and communicated directly with Miguel. What bothered us most was that it felt like Miguel would rather mislead us than simply be honest with us. If we had been told upfront that the agreed itinerary could no longer be provided, we could have decided whether to proceed or walk away. Instead, we agreed to a compromise and trusted that it would be honored, only to discover that it wasn't. We felt taken advantage of and treated in an extremely unkind and disrespectful way. For a company that markets itself as providing a luxury experience, the service, transparency, organization, and overall quality simply did not match that promise. I would not recommend this company and would not consider this a luxury charter experience.”
★★★★★“An unforgettable trip around Ibiza and Formentera aboard Nehesi. A special thanks to Captain Martin for his professionalism, experience, and calm attitude, making everyone feel safe and relaxed throughout the journey. Sandra was an absolute gem — attentive, kind, and always willing to help with a smile. Nehesi was fantastic, the itinerary was beautiful, and every detail was handled with care. A big thank you as well to Miguel, who did an outstanding job organizing the entire expedition from start to finish. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and dedication made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Great crew, great boat, great organization, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking to discover Ibiza and Formentera from the sea aboard Nehesi.”
★★★★★“I would put 10 stars if Google would allow. I highly recommend Samba boats for anyone who seeks a great experience with family friends on the sea. Miguel was very responsive, we car with the request for 2 boats as there were 2 big families. He arranged a pick up at convenient time in el Campello, on time, the boats were spotless clean. He included complementary cava, water, ice and plenty of snorkeling/ swimming equipment in great condition. The staff was attentive and ensured safety on the water for adults and kids. We have spend amazing half a day on the water and had an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend!”
